Miguel Farinha was born in Lisbon and lived in Sintra until he was 25. He was always connected to the health area and worked during 5 years in a medical laboratory. He lived in Barcelona and in 2000, he started his formation in alternative medicines, Reiki, craniosacral therapy and Watsu. He had different trainings in Ayurvedic medicines and assisted an ayurvedic doctor in some practical work. Since 2002,Miguel works at Monte Mariposa in the office, helps at the organization and offers his massage sessions. He uses meditation to find balance and inner peace. Miguel loves travelling and getting to know other cultures.
